About documents translation quotes:
1.The number of words is counted in the Chinese language
(source or target language) by using Microsoft Word Menu
¡°Tools¡± ¨C ¡°Word Count¡± ¨C ¡°character
number (blank space excluded)¡±;
if the number shown is smaller than a thousand, it¡¯s taken
as a thousand.
2.For highly technical documents that demand high precision
such as patents, legal documents, contracts, we charge an
extra 20% to 30% according to level of complexity; for
urgent service, the price is calculated as follows: regular
days divided by requested days multiplies the quote.
3.We prefer documents in Word format for work efficiency. An
additional fee is charged if the format is complicated or
involves graphing, tabulating or typesetting, etc. Service
price for PPT or PDF documents can be negotiated.
4.For text-input service, we charge 40 yuan per thousand
words for English, 90 yuan per thousand words for French,
German, Russian, Japanese or Korean, 130 yuan per thousand
words for other languages. Additional fees are charged for
designing.
5.To better serve our clients, we allow them to choose from
a variety of payment
terms. In principle, all payments should be settled within
seven days upon the delivery of service.
Remark: For customers
outside mainland China, an additional charge of
approximately 15% of the above price will be applied for
VAT.
