      Project managers are put in charge of assigning and coordinating tasks to ensure successful completion of translation projects. Only senior translators are appointed project managers, and along with professional translation teams and proofreading teams, we assure our clients of the accuracy and faithfulness in terms of language and genre.

 Translator selecting    We select translators with relevant background on our team to handle specific projects; we reject translators who just do an average job.

 Information sharing    All the service providers are encouraged to collect relevant information, reference books and tool books in both the source language and target language via our clients, libraries, the Internet, database. We also analyze the projects, standardize the specialized lexicon, and establish translation formats and database based on various documents. Accessing information from information database throughout the translation process improves both quality and efficiency, which are exactly our service principles.

Double proofreading   We provide strict double proofreading in language and genre for all translation projects. Our proofreading teams edit and typeset the translated documents; meanwhile, we provide typesetting service based on our clients’ demands.

Project completion   Proofreading teams or project managers check the translated documents to ensure the equivalence between the source documents and the translations. This eliminates all possible misspellings, typing errors or grammatical errors, and guarantees higher accuracy and consistency.
